THE GATHERING

WHAT IS IT?

The Gathering is an event that takes place in Abruzzo, Italy, on Fontana Roccia’s vineyard/kennel.

This is a social event that encourages everyone to bring 2 dogs with them for lots of fun! Guests will be offered a variety of things, such as hunting, hiking, and free use equipment for the dogs. Besides that, dogs can be let free to roam and socialize with other dogs in the vineyards and pastures. Overall, this is a fun day dedicated to socializing and having a good time, in celebration of the seasonal wine harvest.

You are encouraged to draw other people’s animals and even humans in order for everyone to gain something from this event!

LOCATION

The Gathering is located at Fontana Roccia’s vineyard in rural Abruzzo, Italy. The property is expansive and gorgeous in the autumn seasons.

Vines are fully flourished with red grapes, awaiting their harvest. The surrounding area has many trees, either bare, or with few golden yellow leaves hanging onto the limbs. The grass is a vibrant green/yellow colored with many leaves on the ground.

During this event (October 25th-29th) the weather calls for clear air, and sunny days with a breeze, making for the perfect time for a get together.

RULES

• Dogs must be 6+ months

• Do not trace artwork

• You may not bring more than 2 dogs

• When adding backgrounds, keep the location in mind

• No unrealistic breeds

• You may not harm other dogs without permission

• You must draw at least one other person’s dog (as socialization is the point of the event)
